Reed Taxi – Account Deletion Request
You can delete your Reed Taxi account and associated personal information in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
Option 1 – Delete directly from the app
If you are signed in, open your Driver or Admin profile in the Reed Taxi mobile app and choose Delete Account.
Option 2 – Request deletion by email
You can use this option without logging in, opening the app or reinstalling it.
Email Reed Taxi at sriharicabs11@gmail.com and include only:
- Your registered name
- Your registered mobile number
- Whether it is a Driver or Admin account, if known
NEVER send your password or OTP by email.
Reed Taxi may contact you if reasonable verification is required before processing the request.
What happens next
- Reed Taxi will verify the account and deletion request.
- The account will be deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
- Applicable personal account and profile information will be deleted or anonymized.
- The profile photo will be removed where applicable.
- Precise trip start and end location information associated with completed driver trips will be cleared where applicable.
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes. These may include historical trip records, fare and earnings information, office-fee records and other records that must reasonably be retained.
